Throughout this program I have been drawing a distinction between anger that is a result of chronic frustration (a more irritable and grumpy kind of anger that is an expression of failed expectations and disappointment in life) versus anger that is a result of predatory behavior (a more mean-spirited and territorial anger that is used to dominate and control people and situations). Technically, anger is always generated from some type of frustration. The distinction between chronically frustrated angry behavior and chronically predatory behavior is how the angry person perceives and reacts to frustration.
