In the last chapter, we learned about the type of chronically angry person whose anger response is motivated by frustration. This frustration is maintained or reinforced by negative and unpleasant perceptions of the world. (We gave these unpleasant perceptions a term: called AMPs.) Life would be tough enough if the only type of anger we had to deal with was the anger that people store up as a result of living in a frustrated world.
