Chapter 7. Designing the Visuals

Now that you have completed wireframes and prototypes, you should have a good foundational knowledge upon which to build your designs. Good graphical design is a combination of art and science, understanding how to make something both beautiful and functional. Even if you’re a developer reading this book who will have a designer handle creating comps, slices, and assets, it is very beneficial to understand the basics of what goes into a good design.
