Header/Footer

There are only a few things that should be included on every page of every proposal you send: the date, the project name, the client name, the project number, and the name or logo of the vendor. It is easiest to include these in a Header/Footer area that is replicated on each page of the proposal document. Let’s examine each of these must have items.

Date: Not to overstate the obvious, but this is the date that the proposal is submitted or presented to the client. This date should be updated with each revised version of the proposal.
