Scoping the Project

The success of every proposal is dependent upon firmly understanding each client’s needs. Business, after all, is all about understanding the needs of the customer and satisfying those needs. Some clients will come to you with an understanding of what they want you to build. They may have a detailed Request for Proposal (RFP). Other clients may show up on your doorstep with a great idea but no clear understanding of what it will take to execute on it. Suffice it to say, not all clients were created equal.
