What do you think about this book? Have you found the patterns useful and interesting? While I hope that you have, I also hope you feel unsatisfied—that there is more to say and more to understand. This section is about where to go to next.

One thing you can do is try out some of these patterns. Reading a book of patterns really only gives you enough to get a sense of what patterns exist. When I read the “Gang of Four” [1] book, it gave me a taste of their ideas. To learn how the patterns worked, however, I needed to try them out. After reading, there are still many aspects of the “Gang of Four” patterns that I don’t really appreciate and understand, but I know that practice and further readings will increase my understanding.
