Enable Others to Act

Leaders don't travel alone. Leaders know that the team effort to make grand dreams become reality requires solid trust and strong relationships. Leaders foster collaboration. They nurture self–esteem in others and make them feel strong and capable. Leaders make sure that when they win, everybody wins.

Leaders make it possible for others to do good work. They build teams with spirit, cohesion, and a true sense of community. Leaders involve others in making plans and decisions, and develop collaborative goals and cooperative relationships.
