Summary

In this chapter, we learned to manage a bucket, a folder, an object and the operations performed upon an object. Logging and versioning needs to be carefully taken into consideration. Amazon S3 charges the user for storing data. If your data generates more logs, or if your object has a number of versions, your cost of using Amazon S3 goes up. So be careful while configuring it.

In the next chapter, you will learn to use S3 with the Java SDK.
