Lifting Your Burdens

The basis for the long-term health of your business or organization is to lift the burdens of the day-to-day from the business owner and leadership team. This final part of the book starts with a discussion of lifting these burdens so that you and your team can lead and manage. In other words, you need to engage the services you need so that in the end you can ­provide the services only you can provide. As they say, so that you are able to “do only what only you can do.”
