The Design Exam
Microsoft's design exams are a little different from most exams you may have taken. To answer the exam questions, you need to read and understand a lengthy scenario and apply the knowledge from the scenario to the questions. They remind me of language comprehension tests I took in high school.
When approaching a database design exam, think of yourself as a database consultant coming in to help a company solve a problem or implement some type of improvement to their existing environment.
