Using the Replication Manager
The Replication Manager is a powerful tool that lets you take full advantage of replication in Access 2002. It's included only with Microsoft Office XP Developer, as one of the Developer Tools. The Replication Manager's major benefits include the following:
Lets you easily replicate a database
Allows you to easily create additional replicas
Gives you the ability to synchronize any replicas in the set
