Using properties to call procedures

In this task, we will use a property to control the number of units that a hawk has to fly. We will use an existing property that stores real numbers associated to each instance of the MyHawk class. This property will provide the necessary value to call a procedure.

Getting ready

We will use an existing project that has an instance of the MyHawk class and provides a Step property.

  1. Open the project saved in the Defining new properties to store real numbers recipe.
  2. Click on Edit Code, at the lower-right corner of the big scene preview. Alice will show a smaller preview of the scene and will display the Code Editor on a panel located at the right-hand side of the main window.
