Now that you have some InDesign basics under your belt, you can take things to the next level by learning more about design itself. After all, just as knowing how to use Photoshop doesn’t make you a photographer, knowing how to use InDesign doesn’t make you a designer.

To continue moving forward and improving your work, you’ll want to study design the way you studied photography. There are tons of great resources out there, and this chapter will help you get started.
