Ambassador:

A project member who represents his or her home site at a different site, and ensures that communication flows back and forth between sites.

Asynchronous communication:

Any communication setting or format that incorporates a time delay in participants’ conversation (for example, e-mail).

Chief architect:

A project member whose main responsibility is to ensure conceptual integrity and the big picture (technically), and to ensure these are understood by every team member.

Collaboration platform:
