Abstract
Large enterprise organizations are increasingly turning to the use of agile approaches for their information technology (IT) development and are encountering a range of challenges that were not faced by the early, usually smaller, agile adopters. Enterprise-scale organizations frequently have complex organizational structures and complex IT estates, including a mix of legacy and modern applications.
