Balancing scope, budget and schedule demands in complex enterprise resource planning projects, is a significant challenge. After working with SAP projects for over 13 years, I looked for more effective ways to run them. Unfortunately, I found the methodologies changed little in that time. Most vendors and SAP customers still follow a waterfall methodology. This book argues that a new approach is needed; one that addresses stakeholder needs for greater predictability and control of project objectives.
