Chapter 4 Activities to Set the Stage
Setting the stage prepares the team for the work they’ll do in the retrospective. Setting the stage can be as simple as reviewing the goal, reviewing the agenda, checking in, and reviewing working agreements. When the group needs to do more work to be ready to work, use these activities.
