What Do I Use for Agile Documentation?

Agile means lighter documentation, so often things are done on sticky notes. Visibility of team progress is better since it is in full view at all times. Management, customers, and other interested department personnel can also see how the team is doing as they walk by on the way to the lunchroom, or the bathroom.

To save less rigid information, you can roll up paper charts and save them, take a picture of a whiteboard to archive, or attach a photo to a Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other software file in the Notes field.
