At the end of each iteration, before the tangible demonstration of the work completed is held, it is time for you as the project manager to take a closer look at progress of your team. This is the time for each team member to make sure they have repositioned all of their sticky notes correctly to show what they have completed during the iteration, before an end-of-iteration meeting begins.
