Part III. Organization and Environment

During the previous part of this book, we implemented the most relevant three portfolios for a successful portfolio management strategy; project, resource and asset portfolio. By adopting these portfolios, we discussed the opportunities and potential for executives and project managers when agile development practices were combined. These opportunities included for example project metrics, return-on-investment, project selection process, human resources and operations. We concluded with a chapter which brought these isolated portfolios together to a combined agile executive dashboard.
