What is it?

A stand-up is a short, periodic status meeting for the project team and other interested parties. Also known as a scrum or huddle. It’s called a stand-up because everyone literally stands for the meeting as an incentive to keep it short.

Why do it?

Do it to connect regularly with the broader team and get a shared understanding of progress and blockers.

When to do it?

Do it daily throughout the process!

How to do it?

• Decide on a regular time that works for most people.
