Take a look at the time frames and the importance that the creator gives each activity. We don’t have a problem with the particular activities; in fact, we’ll talk about them in depth later in this book. But we know that this image would be problematic for the agilistas, who might choke on their coffee to see that only one-eighth of the project is spent on coding. That equates to just one week of development for every eight weeks of the project.
