Test Automation Metrics
Test automation project monitoring and tracking is an important process of test automation life cycle (TALC). Most of us must have worked on or heard about at least one automation project that failed in spite of the best-laid plans. Most of the times, a single reason cannot be the cause of failure. Processes, people, targets, schedules, technical complexities, and budgets can all contribute.
