7The Interproject Team

One of the most successful methods that we have employed during the planning phase involves utilization of the interproject team. Everyone who has ever worked on a development project is familiar with the project team; we have expanded this concept to include multiple projects to facilitate the change process. Their importance for implementing productivity improvements is fundamentally the same as their importance to any development effort. We will first discuss the relevance of project teams to the development process and then the relevance of interproject teams to the change process.
