Laying the Foundation
At recent executive coaching conferences attended by both seasoned and novice leadership coaches, we were excited by the number of individuals interested in e-coaching but a bit surprised with our general lack of awareness and consensus regarding foundational matters, such as a definition of e-coaching, technologies of e-coaching, and even the state of e-coaching. Therefore, we feel that laying a foundation, a common ground, is critical to building an understanding of e-coaching.
