Action Learning Coaching

Action learning coaching is another way in which coaching is moving beyond one-on-one engagements. This coaching initiative focuses on a learning team, providing a unique learning approach. The participants are a learning cohort who can provide feedback to one another in real time while the coach can observe both individual and group performance simultaneously and provide feedback accordingly.
