Personal Model Outputs

As explained earlier in this chapter, the three output areas of personal models are: describing one’s approach to delivering coaching, presenting one’s practice to the marketplace of coaching, and addressing the gap between current skills and aspirations as a coach. Just as with the input areas, the three outputs are interdependent, although each has a unique focus.
