What about Agile?
We are not intimately familiar with Agile. Yet we have been asked several times what the differences are between our approach and Agile. We are not methodology bigots or fanatics. Typically, every methodology has its strengths and weaknesses. When we dive deeper, we also find methodologies have similarities and differences.
There is a lot that we agree with about the Agile principles, as we understand them. We agree that many traditional approaches have not met the customer’s needs, to which we are both committed.
