Transform

The Angle setting that's found under the Transform heading will simply rotate your image, which can be useful if the horizon line isn't level. All you have to do is choose the tool (it's right below the Remove Distortion tool) and then click and drag across an area that should be horizontal or vertical and Photoshop will calculate the proper rotation setting needed to straighten your image. (I should mention here that I prefer to use the Measure tool to precisely rotate and straighten an image. Read about the Measure tool in Chapter 1, Tool and Palette Primer.)
