How “Mobile” Is Lightroom mobile?
Before we get started, it’s important to understand what Lightroom mobile currently can and cannot do. Although I, too, would love a full version of Lightroom running on my tablet, that’s not yet possible with the technology at hand. I think that day will come at some point, but we’re not quite there yet. The app is designed to be your remote link to your Lightroom library, enabling you to do the following:
• Sync collections with the desktop version of Lightroom so you can review photos on the tablet.
• Apply many (but not all) adjustments found in Lightroom’s Develop module, including many filters and presets.
• Flag photos as picks or rejects (but not apply star ratings or color labels).
