Copying, applying, and removing styles and appearances

Once you've created several styles and appearances, you may want to use them on other objects in your artwork. You can use the Styles palette, the Appearance palette, the eyedropper tool, or the paintbucket tool to apply and copy appearance attributes.

Next you'll apply a style to one of the objects using the Appearance palette.

Choose Select > Deselect.

Select the selection tool () in the toolbox, and click the star shape to select it.
