With FrameMaker 7.0, you can easily import documents from other applications, such as the latest versions of Microsoft Office®, for which there is an installed filter. You can now import Word 97/98/2000 files into FrameMaker in just a few simple steps. You can choose to retain the Word document’s formatting or reformat the text using the current FrameMaker document’s catalog.
