Adding Flash Text and Fonts to Your Creations

Flash brings you a wealth of ways to introduce text into your content. When you want to add text to your creation, you’ll use the Text tool (hotkey T), which will create a space for text called a text field. There are three basic kinds of text fields, based upon the kind of work you’d like to do: input, dynamic, and static.

With the input type, you allow viewers to input text into your content. For example, you can use the input text type to create an online form that requires users to key in their contact information.
