Chapter Seven. Transitions and Titles

Applying transitions is one of the simplest functions in Premiere Pro; you simply drag them from their folder to the timeline. So our discussion of transitions will be limited to a short list of details about transitions that you may not know.

Producing titles can be more complex. You can create them from templates, you can design your own in Premiere Pro, or you can make them scroll or crawl. You can also integrate content from Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. For these reasons, we’ll devote the bulk of this chapter to addressing these title-related topics.
