Chapter Two. Developing Raw Photos
Once your files are sufficiently organized, the next step in most workflows is to “develop” the raw files or digital negatives before moving them into Photoshop CS5 for detailed retouching, image adjustments, or other tasks. Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) and Photoshop Lightroom provide a nearly identical set of tools for developing and maximizing the image data captured by your camera.
The descriptions and screen shots in this chapter focus on Lightroom 3 and its Develop module.
