Student Activity: Import a Presentation

1.            Create a new project from a PowerPoint presentation.

>>      using Adobe Captivate, choose File > New Project > Project From MS PowerPoint (or click the New button on the Welcome screen and select From PowerPoint)

The Open dialog box appears.

>>     open S3_Policies.pptx from the Captivate8Data folder

Note: If you are using an old version of PowerPoint (version 2003 or older), try to open S3_Policies. If you get an error message, open S3_Policies_For_PowerPoint2003AndOlder instead.

The Convert Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations dialog box opens, offering a few controls over how the PowerPoint presentation will be imported into Captivate.
