About the Authors
Mark Christiansen has created visual effects and animations for feature films, television, computer games, and an array of companies in and around the San Francisco Bay Area, his native home. Recent feature film effects credits at The Orphanage include The Day After Tomorrow and Spy Kids 3-D. His studio, Christiansen Creative, produces effects, motion graphics, and written content. His independent directing work has been featured at film festivals including the 2004 Los Angeles International Short Film Festival.
