Working with Forms in Acrobat

Using Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional, you can quickly and easily create dynamic PDF forms to capture information electronically. Your users only need Adobe Reader to fill out, save, and return forms to you.

In this lesson you will learn how to do the following:

  • Create electronic PDF forms based on paper forms.

  • Add form fields including text, numbers, check boxes, and lists.

  • Validate and calculate form data.

  • Examine the forms distribution and management process.

This lesson will take about 45 minutes to complete.

Copy the Lesson16 folder onto your hard drive if you haven’t already done so.
