A law, pertinent to adults with ADD, is the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This law requires that employers of more than 15 employees give employees whose disabilities are documented certain “reasonable accommodations” in order to allow them to perform their work. It also prohibits discrimination against persons on the basis of their disability.
