Research Summary

Recognizing that research and practice had been mute on the question of how to position people and organizations for agility, a research team set out to understand the dynamics necessary for enabling organizational adaptability. The team could see that change was coming. Pressures emanating from a more dynamic operating environment were growing, and they weren’t going to go away. The team could also see that our current understanding and approaches weren’t meeting the need.
