About the Author
C.-K. Toh was born in Singapore in 1965. He received his BEng (First Class Honors) and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UMIST) and the University of Cambridge, England, respectively. While at Cambridge, he was an Honorary Cambridge Commonwealth Trust Scholar and a Fellow of the Cambridge Commonwealth Society and Cambridge Philosophical Society. He is an editor for the IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, IEEE Network, Journal on Communication Networks, and Personal Technologies Journal.
