Lynda Kilbourne (PhD, University of Texas at Austin, 1990) is an Associate Professor of Management at Xavier University. Her teaching specialty is Change Management for undergraduate and graduate students. She researches risk perceptions and safety systems, innovation and change systems, and mentoring. She owns a change consultation firm, Management ­Troubleshooters.
