John Mooney

John Mooney served 27 years as a ­local-­government manager. Since retiring, he has served as interim director of a nonprofit in crisis and as volunteer management consultant for two other ­nonprofits—­6 years with the John XXIII Institute. He holds master’s degrees in theology and public administration and a PhD in philosophy.
