Case in Point: Tony

One of my coaching clients, Tony, was an incredibly adept leader when it came to knowing his field, which was online marketing. The problem was that, although Tony had advanced very quickly through leadership levels, he still conducted himself as he did a few years ago when he was fresh out of college.
