Case in Point: Jessica

One of my coaching clients, Jessica, was a young, highly intelligent IT professional and newly minted MBA. Jessica had been hired directly from her university to take part in her employer's accelerated leadership development program. Throughout her first year with the company, Jessica had made several presentations to her manager and her manager's manager. During these presentations her bosses were very impressed with her work. They also noticed a few characteristics of her delivery style that, at the time, they didn't comment on.
