Abstract

This chapter provides a local source of information about analog signals and systems. The motivation for this chapter comes from the importance of having basic continuous-time theory prior or concomitant to the study of discrete-time systems. The scope of this chapter comprises the introduction of the basic concepts of signals, systems, and transforms in the continuous-time domain.
