Photoshop Elements is Adobe’s replacement for Photoshop LE, which was commonly bundled with scanners, cameras, and computers. Adobe introduced Photoshop Elements 1 in the spring of 2001, and it has been a huge success. Version 2, which is the latest release, has full support for Mac OS X and Windows XP, plus revisions to many of the cool features in Photoshop Elements 1.
