Acknowledgments

After writing a couple books, the acknowledgements can become boring—thanks, thanks, and more thanks. But (the Scarlett O’Hara in me says) y’all know how hard you worked. Without the complete team, this book wouldn’t be as good, as polished, as helpful to the reader as it is. I’m not sure I’ll ever get across completely how each person contributes to the final product, this book.
