Importing and Exporting Address Books
If you want to use an address book that you created in another application, you will need to export the book into a common file format, such as ASCII, and then import it into WordPerfect. Conversely, you might want to export your address books from WordPerfect so that you can use them in another program.
Unfortunately, detailed steps for every type of import or export operation is beyond the scope of this book. However, the following list of general concepts for importing and exporting should get you moving in the right direction:
