Printing a Document

tip

WordPerfect has a Print Preview feature that allows you to see exactly how your document will look when it is printed. You can fine-tune the formatting and double-check for consistency without printing a copy that might be discarded. See “Previewing and Printing Documents” in Chapter 4, “Revising Documents,” for more information on the Print Preview feature.

When you're ready to print, it can be done in as little as two keystrokes. This shortcut works only if you want to print the entire document and you don't need to switch to a different printer.

To quickly print the entire document, press Ctrl+P and then press Enter.
